    Chester Park is a small wooded Green in the heart of a community with limited open space. The Chester Park Association is incorporated under New York State law. We are required to exist under the terms of an easement which permits the park to remain open and undeveloped land. There have been attempts in the past to reclaim our "Green" with a view to residential development, but the Park has prevailed. As long as we continue to maintain and manage it under the terms of the original easement, Chester Park will remain green. Should we allow it to become derelict, or disband the Association, all of Pelham risks losing this precious asset.
