- Assess feasibility of building a sound barrier along
Hutchinson Parkway
- Implement parking policy and signage for private
drive
- Replacement of sidewalk leading into the Park
- Install Park benches
- Remove old stumps along Park perimeter
- Replace broken cement with slate on the landing to
the front steps
- Remove dead limbs from Park trees
- Plant forsythia above the Park wall
- Plant daffodils and tulips in front of the Park
